All products will be shipped as soon as possible, subject to payment card authorisation and stock availability. We usually dispatch orders within 2 working days, however, if we are unable to deliver your order within a reasonable amount of time we will contact you to establish if you are happy to wait. You will always be given the option to cancel or leave the goods on back-order. We will always keep you informed of any unexpected extended lead times. For bespoke items, where your order is made up specifically for you, we aim to dispatch within 28 days.
Orders are sent in plain packaging. However, please note that for delivery purposes, our return address may be shown on the reverse of the packaging. Our Company is identified as "Crest Regalia Ltd" on the returns label. We use a variety of carriers for delivery, dependant on the size and destination of the parcel.
You will only be charged once per order for delivery however many separate shipments we make to you.
It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods on all packages destined outside the European Union, and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. It is the customers' responsibility to comply with any specific import law at the product destination and to pay any import duties or local taxes.
